
I'm looking for some help with Eventbrite for Salesforce app. Originally, when syncing, eventbrite would create additional contacts if the emails did not match that of an existing contact. I have editted the Eventbrite mapping settings and added an additional email field, however now when syncing, the email our contact used to sign up for events overrides the email already on their account, even if that contact appears in the additional email field (some contacts now have 2 fields with the same email). Any ideas how to get around this?
