Why am I getting an unwanted image in lower left corner of email when sent as email template

I am sending a newsletter from Salesforce. It look great but when I send the email and view in Outlook there is an unwanted image in the lower left corner.  How can I get rid of it?  This is my last line of HTML in the Email Template:
