When creating a Case, our users have 10-12 fields on the Account that are used to determine how to support that particular customer. Currently I have 10-12 text formula fields on the Case that simply copy the fields from the Account record. That solution works ok except for the Account fields that are long-area text. With the new Lightning components, is there a better way to display those 10-12 fields from the Account in the Service Console using Lightning?

Hi Donny,
You can implement a Lightning componet Using Lightning Data Service which can dispplay the related record account field, Uisng this you do not need to write apex it will automatically get the related record field ,
