Community Plus User - Ability to Enable Customer Users

Question

I've created a community plus user with the goal of giving them the ability to create, read, and edit new contacts AND enable new customer users.  The user has been setup and can create, read and edit contacts but is unable to enable customer users.  Is this something that can be done and what am I missing?

Hi,

I am afraid, they cannot. You'll need to have Manage External User permission.
