How do I add % to a joined report chart?

I am using the following joined report and have the values posted on the chart in the picture. Is there any way to have the chart display the % of these values? I would like it to show the values along with the % of 109/226. Any way to do this?

    When creating a report you can add formula to get percent of two values, it may display in dashboard.
