    You may want to start with creating Leads (which is contact information + company name) and converting the ones that are good opportunities.  If that's not a good fit, then create the Account record first before creating the contact.

     

    If you must create a contact first, and you have a Company Name field on the contact, then you can use a Flow Trigger or Apex Trigger to create an Account when your Contact is created and link the Contact to that Account.
