None of our users has logged in using TLS 1.0 since December 2016. Why do we keep getting notices that we are not compliant?

    Do you have any integrations that pings Salesforce in the background? We ran into the same issue. All users were compliant, but a background process that ran data analyses was still running on TLS 1.0
