How to transfer Files from one org to another org

I recently migrate all the clients from one org to another.  Moving Accounts, Contacts etc was all pretty straightforward.  But now I have this folder  ContentVersion full of Files. They are a combination of Files (Chatter Files) from the new Files related list and Notes from the new Notes related list.  I know how to change all the file names back to the original file name (i.e. change 06836012000Ia18AAC to application.pdf).  But I don't know how to get them linked to the original Account/contact record they were attached to.  There is no Account/contact ID in the file - just the ownerID (user).  How do we "re-link" the Files and Notes back to the accounts/contacts?

    thanks for that but I have a different problem.

     

    The data export put all the FILES and NOTES into a folder called ContentVersion. All the FILES and NOTES (ID starting with "068") are described in a CSV file called ContentVersion.csv.  The columns in that CSV file are:

     

    Id | ContentDocumentId | IsLatest | ContentUrl | VersionNumber | Title | Description | ReasonForChange | SharingOption | PathOnClient | RatingCount | IsDeleted | ContentModifiedDate | ContentModifiedById | PositiveRatingCount | NegativeRatingCount | FeaturedContentBoost | FeaturedContentDate | OwnerId | CreatedById | CreatedDate | LastModifiedById | LastModifiedDate | SystemModstamp | FileType | PublishStatus | ContentSize | FirstPublish | LocationId | Origin | ContentLocation | TextPreview | ExternalDocumentInfo1 | ExternalDocumentInfo2 | ExternalDataSourceId | IsMajorVersion

     

    None of these fields have a relationship to the parent object such as account or contact.  So the NOTE that was created on a contact record, shows up in the list of FILES or NOTES in that directory, but I have no idea which contact it refers to.  So now I have 1600+ orphaned FILES and NOTES.  There must be a way to relate these back to the parent object.
