Switching FROM Lightning to Classic

Some of my users can't access Salesforce Classic from Lightning.  For instance, i have two users who both have the same profile, Salesforce license, and role.  While I'm logged in as one user, I can't go to classic from lightning, but when I log in as another, I can.  What am I missing?

    There is permission for that 'Hide Option to Switch to Salesforce Classic permission'

     

    If both user has same profile then there must be permission set assigned to user with permission 'Hide Option to Switch to Salesforce Classic'

     

    Please check this permission in profile and permission set assgned to user
