We have Professional ED.
We are signed up with a project management software- Pacifecon. I export from the software into Excel a bunch of projects I wish to import into SF as "opportunities" for my reps to manage, and have mapped the fields in the export sheet to SF. Can I create some kind of rule as below:
If the Opportunity "lead source" is equal to "Pacifceon" (in the drop-down menu), then I need a new block of fields to show up on the opportunity record that map some extra info from the Pacifecon project export excel sheet.
I only want these extra fields to be visible on the Opportunity record if the Opportunity came from Pacifecon itself, as there are a few fields that wouldn't be relevant for Opportunities sourced elsewhere.
I'm sure this can be done, but it's possible it may not be so with the Professional ED we have.
