
One of my users has recently this week been encountering the error message on his SF side panel "We couldn't add this item. Please try adding this item again." Image attached. This had happened earlier in the week for a few days, but today suddenly stopped. I read some feedback in the community and it was not a case of the email body or files being too large, so I'm not sure what went wrong. I checked the opportunity he created as well (for these attachments to relate to) and the opportunities definately saved but the attachments definately didn't. It seems to be working now but does anyone know to avoid this in future? We have Professional Edition and I think his computer is due for an upgrade anyway.

Thanks for that. Yeah I had a look at that article before I posted my question. I also just checked his validation rules and nothing has been set. Can't think of anything else so hopefully it was just an occasional thing that fixes itself when we upgarde his computer system...
