How can I run a report (in profressional edition) that shows open opportunities from 11/05/2015 until today, that have not had any "follow-up" activity made against them ie; opportunities created but nothing done with them.
How can I filter my report to display this information, even if the official "close date" of the opportunity has passed? I've done some testing but am just having touble on getting around this.
Any suggestions?

Hi Danielle,
+1 Pritam but since you are on Professional edition, Cross Filters are not supported on Professional Edition.
You can do the below
Create a Report on Opportunities with Created Date on or after 11/05/2015 and use the Field Filter
Last Activity equals (Leave the box Blank)
