adding a prompt to all records in a tab

We are trying to add a prompt telling the team to check the Special Build Notes field located on every Project Site Asset (custom tab) record.  I can add it to a record or to the tab itself, but I need it on every record under the tab.  Is this possible?

    Hi Nancy - a rich text component on the Lightning Record Page may meet your need.  You can put the component on the page and format the message as you'd like.  The user will then see a persistent message there (you can also add conditionals so it displays in only the cases you want), and no other customization then required.
