As of a few days ago, my entire team is now being required to enter the 5 digit authentication code in order to login to SF. Why is this occuring and how do we stop it? We have not changed our IP address, etc.

    Hi Michael,

     

    This is happening with quite a few customers as I have seen many Users complaining the same.

     

    I have had a quick look at the Known Issues there is one but that is very specific to users using Cloudforce,please click the following link to know more about the Known Issue thats logged and see if the workarounds mentioned in the link makes any difference.
