I have salesforce orgId. From that how can I get salesforce username dynamically?

Development perpose how can I get userProfile object by the orgId. Because for every account orgId is constant but we can change the username. SO, I want to get the username based on the OrgId.

 

Please help me. Thanks.

    are you using this in apex ?
