Hi Leah,

This doesn't seem to be a standard layout. I believe this is a visualforce page. You'll need to change/edit in the visualforce page.

If you see something like /apex/YouVisualforcePageName, then it is surely a visualforce page. You'll need to take some help from a developer to get the discount field added. Hope this helps.
