We've exceeded our limit for workflow rules in an object, however many of the rules do the same thing. We have a number of queues that need a signature applied to an email template, so if the "Incident" = "Queue Name" then update a field with "Signature". There is currently one workflow rule per queue.  I have tried using process builder but it is not populated the signature on the email template, I think it's down to a limitation with process builder and formulas (we're stuck on an out of date Salesforce instance). So I'm considering using a flow, though I haven't used them before. Any guidance on how it should be structured please?
