Im looking to allowing the sharing of leads between 2 users, similar to the account teams feature. I have looked at the sharing settings option but it only allows sharing via roles and not users. There are too many leads to use the individual sharing option on the lead page.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just want both the sales manager and the CRM have access to the same lead. I'll have a look at lead queues now.
