We have a requirement in which we need to Sync Sales Navigator with CRM(Salesforce). We are observing the below scenarios while syncing.

 

 

  1. Some contact is having open opportunity in Salesforce but it’s not getting automatically synced with Sales Navigator  even though primary email is exactly matching with LinkedIn profile.
  2. Some contact is having open opportunity and also got synced in automatically but it’s not showing as “in CRM” in Sales Navigator.
  3. Most of the time even after disconnecting CRM and enabling to remove auto-synced data, still the synced contacts/accounts are displayed in Sales Navigator.
