Hi all -

 

I am having issues with exporting Salesforce data for backup purposes.

 

 

 

I set up the weekly scheduled export three weeks ago. The actually export is working properly, however, I am not receiving the requested email notification once the export is complete.  I have tried to manually export the data as well, but I am still not receiving any notifications.

 

 

 

I am aware that the exporting process takes some time, so I have allowed numerous business days in between my request and getting the email before I manually exported the data. I have also verified my email in Salesforce.

 

 

 

Hoping you all have any insights as to where this blockage is coming from.

    Hi @Katelyn Milburn 

     

    The scheduled reports are usually send to the email associated to the user who runs the weekly export. Kindly confirm, if you are using the correct user, whose access is used to schedule it. Additionally, confirm, if the org's OWD (System Address) is verified and lastly if your email is Verified in the org.
