I have tried all file formats and it is happenign with each.
The problem is that the entire top bar that is normally blue is turing a gray color, it isnt a huge deal. But i would like to have the top bar remain blue and just have my logo overlayed over it.
I can post a screenshot if people are not understanidng the problem.

I guess it isjust a silly setting in salesforce.
I have my image made on a transparent background so the visual of the logo on the background is fine. i just dont lik the background very much.
