Twin fields are not mapping from Product to Quote Line

I cannot seem to get twin fields to work at all from the Product to the Quote Line. I have one field on each object, with the same exact API Names, Manager_Review__c. The values have carried over occassionally, but for the most part, it doesn't seem to be carrying over to the quote line.

Outside of matching the API Names, what else do I need to do to make sure it works?
