Profile and Permission set maaping

Our Client is using lots of Salesforce Application. The Profiles are assigned to these users. Now we are implementing Remedyforce for them. Our client don't want to use OOTB Remedyforce Profiles and Permission sets.

We want to copy all permission which are in OOTB Remedyforce permission sets to their existing Profiles.

How can I achieve this?
