Field not showing up on close case layout

I added a custom field to my close case layout and it is not showing up for users.  It does show in the "preview" mode in the case layout edit screen, the field has been added to the layout, and the field level security is correct.

 

Any ideas on how to get this to show would be appreciated.

    Also, can you make sure the Record Type field is visible on the page layout (and the screenshot). And also do a screenshot of the (Case Close Page Layout) Page Layout Assignment. And hopefully we will get to the bottom of it!
