    I am a firm believer that for each of your customers, a human being (Rep) should own the customer Account.  This is especially true if the customer is a mix of eComm and retail sales.    You could certainly have an 'eComm flag' on the Opportunity to help you undetstand and track the revenue from each of those channels, but the human Rep should own the Account.
