Rather than just the standard figure in the picklist, is it possible to have the stage opportunity % be conditional on a few other fields within the opportunity?

So the probability in the opportunity picklist values are currently based on a standard figure I set as shown below..
What I would like is for this to be a bit more dynamic and for other fields within an opportunity such as country/business service/company type to determine the stage probability
