All Accounts/Contacts Report

I'm trying to run a custom report on all accounts/contacts, but when I select All Accounts from the dropdown menu, no records show up. How do I run a report that includes all contacts, not just mine?

    A quick observation, do you have the correct date filter set?  I see that you are filtering by Created Date starting from 3.19.2015?
