I am not sure if Intelisis exposing their API for integration (could not find anything on the internet) however force.com platform allows you integrate with 3rd Party systems in multiple ways. If you have any experience in using/managing Intelisis , you should be able to pull it off using one of the methods SF offers. You can integrate using the following methods
- Inbound: Hosting Web Services with the Apex Web Services
- Outbound: SOAP Services for Invoking External Web Services
- Outbound: Outbound Messaging
- Outbound: HTTP to invoke external REST services
- Inbound Email Handling
- Inbound: Force.com SOAP REST APIs
