1) Is there some type of validation rule or something I set-up to prevent this from happening?
2) I need the users to fix the Companies but want to show the Subject of the activities. Why - In reviewing the report the users are actually emailing a contact at the firm whom is then repling with thier email signature at the bottom. Yes, I know its a little bit of laziness. I need the subject to easily show senior management what users are doing so they can provide the appropiate level of feedback and then correct.
