Dynamic updates to FAQs that enter as web to lead

We have a Q & A section on our product pages where customer can ask a question about the product and then a sales rep answers it. Is there a way for these questions to come in as a lead and then also dynamically update on our website when answered?

    You could use the Salesforce web-to-lead form on the product pages so that when a customer submits an inquiry it is inserted into Salesforce as a lead record.  However, updating your website from Salesforce is going to require custom development in order to achieve that integration.
