We are using Process Builder to automate tasks for the Lead Process. There are tasks to convert a lead if qualified or to complete a Post Mortem, if unqualified.
The problem is that the task fires at the right time, before conversion but then again after the lead is converted/closed. I'm sure the issue is in the criteria, but can't figure it out
