Sure!  Create a custom field on the Campaign Member object and select    Datatype = Formula   Result = Text   Formula  =  CreatedBy.Username or CreatedBy.FirstName +" "+ CreatedBy.LastName

Would creating a report for Campaign Members and group by "Created by" field on the Campaign member, you should get what you need.
