Send parents link to update contact info every quarter, using Fast Forms

Hi All,

 

I'm looking to build my first process in process builder on updating a contact info. I am using Fast Forms (similar to Form Assembly) but native to SFDC. I want to send the form to our parents every quarter so they can update their contact info via email link to the fast form I created.

    Process Builder only runs for a record when that record is edit/saved. There is no way to say "for all records, do something"  You could consider adding your Contacts to a Campaign, then sending an Email to the Campaign members once every quarter.
