I'm needing to create a searchable library of common RFP questions, and their responses. None of the free apps on the appexchange have good reviews. I was thinking of leveraging documents for this? Ideally it would be something like you'd search for keywords in a question, and all the questions that had that keyword in them would pop up. You'd say "yes, that's the question this new RFP is asking", click on it, the question and response would show up, and then you would cut/copy/paste the response that pops up. Alternatively, I guess I could create a new app? That only has a Question and Answer free text fields? Ideas/Thoughts appreciated.
