Lightning app builder related list single adding to all tabs

I am new to Lightning and am struggling with adding Related List - Single component to tabs. When i add the component to one tab and assign it, it is adding to 3 of my other tabs and I can't figure out why. What would cause this?

    I have added a "Related list - Single" component inside the "Related" tab.

     

    I have selected "Contact Roles" as the single related list (on the right column).

     

    Can you add a screenshot of your layout page and the view page. That might help in troubleshooting.
