I downloaded the new Salesforce for Outlook v 2.5.1. When using the Side Panel to link emails in my inbox to Salesforce I can only link to Individuals and Accounts. Is there a way I can link the email to an Opportunity from the Side Panel?

Thanks for the quick response Adam. We run GROUP edition. Under the Side Panel main window I do see additional objects (i.e. - Opportunities, Cases, etc) , but they are grayed out. Do you know if that a setting I need to change or a feature only available in other editions?
