I am facing issue while importing my CSS file in the Site.com studio. I have tried both importing the file and editing the code to inlude the CSS.
While importing the file, I am getting the following error:
There was a system error while importing the specified file. Please contact your administrator. String index out of range: 7
And while copy pasting the code this is the error as below:
Any idea what's the issue. The HTML components are already created. And we need to use it in Site.com/Communities.
Any help highly appreciated.

The 'string index out of range' error makes me think there is something odd about the contents of the CSS. Can you successfully import a simpler CSS? If so, try something small, then, add to it until either you have all your contents or you've found the element that causes the problems.
