Outlook Salesforce sync help needed.

I need help synching Outlook and Salesforce. I've tried installing and activating plugins but it's not working right. What is a good option for me to get personal assistance? Support ticket? Is there a charge for that? Thanks in advance for advice.

    Hi Scott,

     

    You can open a ticket with support.  If you have premier support you can get it turned around relatively quickly
