How to change multiple Account/Contact owners

We have round about 10630 Contact with 5459 Accounts .Where we want to change the existing Contract Owner and Account owner, So i there any way we can enforce this changes  into salesforce.

    You could export the data with the IDs then update the Owner ID field with the DataLoader or DataLoader.io
