Account Object : Create Red Text Notice When Date is entered in a Field

All Salesforce Gurus,

 

I am requesting if anyone could help me with a requirement. When someone enters a Date in the custom field Date_Dissolution__c within the Accounts object. I want the words "Date of Dissolution Entered" in the top right of the page layout. (view logo below)

I have 3 page layouts on Accounts name 

 

  1. Account Layout

  2. Creditor Account Layout

  3. Obligor Account Layout

Can this be done by creating a visual force page? 

 

I just started exploring in Visual Force today and I appreciate the help.

    12 is really small! I would give it an 18 and then have this:
