I have requested an inviation to the sandbox of partner and received. Logged in with my sandbox criteria and accepted the invitation. They sent me joblists for deployment in text files. I thought I was to go to Deploy, make an outbound change set and upload it to my organization sandbox. But that isn't working. I am reading you can't do change sets with other organizations.
At this point, I don't know how to deploy the change sets into my sandbox. Is there a way to do with the text file? Is that why they were sent in the manner they were?
Any help would be so appreciated, I am very stuck.

Outbound change sets are different from Salesforce 2 Salesforce functionality. Change sets are used fror migration metadata from one org to another in the same tree (sandbox to production).

Text file reads to me like there is a conceptual problem here....Sf 2 SF shares records back and forth, not text files.
