Birthyear

I need help with this formula field. I have a picklist field called birthyear. I am trying to calculate age range based on their birth year. Here is the formula. I didnt get any error message. I could not see the value on the field its empty.

    Then use this instead:

     

    IF(VALUE(TEXT(Birth_Year__c))<1946, "Silent"

     

    IF(VALUE(TEXT(Birth_Year__c))<1965, "Boomers",

     

    IF(VALUE(TEXT(Birth_Year__c))<1977, "Generation X",

     

    IF(VALUE(TEXT(Birth_Year__c))<1996, "Millenials",

     

    IF(VALUE(TEXT(Birth_Year__c))>1995, "Generation Z", NULL)))))
