Thanks Jon - I appreciate your quick reply. I may not have correctly implemented your suggestion (see the screenshot - I purposely limited the "created date" so I could try to make more sense of the info). In that 2nd week there were 195 case records created......but only 52 of them show up in the blue column because those are the ones still open. Once they're all closed you'd see 0 blue and 195 green, so this seems to be showing - by week - a collection of what was opened that week and of those, how many are opened/closed. But I need all 195 to show as "blue" on week 2 because we opened 195 cases that week:
What I need is more elusive, and here's a simple example to illustrate:
1. We have 1 case opened on Jan 1.
2. We go 3 weeks with 0 activity and no progress on that case.
3. We close that single case on Jan 28.
