Retroactive Activation of Process Builder Scheduled Actions

I'm creating a process with a scheduled action to expire job ads 30 days after the job ad record is created (via field update). I'm assuming that records created before the process was activated won't have the action scheduled but is there a way to get the action scheduled? Or do I have to manually do the field update for the next 29 days?
