How could I change the salesforce logo on the left corner of the screen?

Can I add invoices into salesforce.

    Hi Armando,

     

    If its like you already have Invoices in hand and you want to attach them to records in the Org, then you could use Notes and Attachements Related List to attach a file to the record.

    Now, this is available only if you have enabled the feature during the creation of Objects(in case of Custom Objects only. Standard Objects like Opportunity, Contacts, Accounts etc already have them enabled.)

    Now if you want to create Invoices from the data on a record residing on the Org you could for some AppExchange Apps as there are plenty of them. Check them at  https://appexchange.salesforce.com/results?keywords=invoice
