'My pricebook is active, but why can't my users select a pricebook when adding products to their opportunity?

I have setup a price book and it is active.  When one of our users creates an Opportunity, and then he selects "Add Product", the next screen ask you to select a price book, and the only option listed is "none".  Why can't they see the price book I created?

Hi Dave,

The potential reason might be that sharing setting for price book (OWD) is set to "No access". if you dont want to touch the sharing setting, you need to share the Price book manually with the users.

- Go to price book

- Click on Sharing

- Add users, public groups or roles as per your requirement.

- set the access to "use" and save.
