Can I create a Lead report that will show only unconverted Leads that have an Account that matches?

I am trying to clean up out Leads and would like to convert leads that have billable accounts in our system. Is there a way to create a report that will show me only leads that have not been converted but that have accounts in the system (based on the company name and account name matching or something like that)?
