Formula for % of Column Grand Total out of Row Subtotal

I am trying to create a formula that will calculate the % of the Column Grand Total (for each segment) out of each Owners Subtotal. The image of the report that I have included shows the % of the Column Grand Total out of the Row Grand Total. I would like to dive a little deeper but dont know how to produce those numbers.
