I have enabled the CRM Content User in the settings, but when I go to give a new user access to this, the box for it cannot be checked.  How do I give permissions to a new user to add Content?  It is only allowing External Chatter.

    External Chatter users do not have access to content licenses.

     

    Chatter only and chatter plus users do but these license types should be reserved for employees only as posts between these chatter can be viewed by all other chatter users.

     

    Chatter external users are restricted to the groups that they are added to.
