When updating the field with the Data Loader it truncates at 255 characters.
Changed # of visible lines to 50 and it still truncates.
What am I missing?

Whenever you do any SQL queries using Microsoft Access and then export out your query/table as a text file--Access allows up to 255 characters by default.
